As senior vice president on our Airports team, Steve provides strategic leadership for our national airport environmental planning and consulting services practice.
Steve is a nationally recognized aviation noise expert who works with clients from coast to coast. His knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and policy, coupled with experience on cutting-edge projects, brings an invaluable national perspective that benefits clients on a local level.
He brings three decades of aviation noise analysis and control experience to commercial and general aviation airports throughout the U.S. He has provided solutions to complex noise problems at airports in New York, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle-Tacoma, Las Vegas, Anchorage, Sacramento, Denver, and Salt Lake City. Steve specializes in 14 CFR Part 150 Noise and Land Use Compatibility Studies, 14 CFR Part 161 Noise and Access Restriction Studies, noise elements of airport master plans, EAs/EISs, litigation support, expert testimony, and facilitation of public meetings including airport community noise roundtables.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Dowling College. He is an associate of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering, and a member of the Airports Council International (North America chapter), American Association of Airport Executives, (Southwest and Northwest chapters), and a former peer review group member of the Sustainable Aviation Guidance Alliance.
